Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club Signs Sponsorship Agreement with the Integración Juvenil Foundation
Contribution of $10,000 to benefit at-risk children and teens in Puerto Plata Puerto Plata, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC (Dec. 14, 2012) — Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC, located on Cofresi Beach on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic, has announced a partnership with the Integración Juveníl (Integration of Youths) Foundation to support the education of children and adolescents throughout Puerto Plata. LHVC President and Vice President, Markus and Anja Wischenbart, pledged the support of their company with a $10,000 donation.
Integracion Juvenil was founded 35 years ago to improve the development and formation of poor, at-risk children and adolescents in Puerto Plata and provide them with support to break free of the vicious cycle of poverty, abuse, violence, and criminal activity. The Foundation trains children to be artisans and create artwork of clay, linens or recycled materials. Its facilities include classrooms, workshops and the Hogar de Paso, which provides shelter and housing.
“We have joined forces with Integracion Juvenil because we believe a good education is a foundation on which all solid societies are built. We will provide the resources so that this worthy institution can provide the services that are so badly lacking today.”
Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club features luxury accommodations, gourmet restaurants, cafes, swimming pools, daily activities and concierge services for destination tours. Seven distinct developments include The Tropical, The Crown Suites, The Crown Villas, The Residence Suites, The Presidential Suites by Lifestyle, The Royal Suites and the new Cofresi Palm Beach & Spa Resort.
LHVC members, guests, and their families have a wide variety of activities available to them in the Dominican Republic’s North Coast. Next door is the Ocean World Adventure Park with its daily animal and aquatic shows and casino. Other activities in the area include a cable car ride to the peak of Mount Isabella de Torres, white water rafting, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, boating, snorkeling, monster truck safaris and city tours of Puerto Plata.
